Nothing on this website is a confirmed booking. Prices and availability shown are indicative. A trip is confirmed only when our team has confirmed it with you directly and received the agreed payment.
Payment
Payment is made to Far East International by bank transfer, bKash, Nagad or in cash at our office. This website does not collect payment and holds no card details.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the airline, hotel or supplier involved and are explained before you commit. Refunds, where due, are paid by us directly — this website does not process refunds.
Visas and travel documents
We prepare and submit applications; the decision belongs to the embassy concerned. No agency can guarantee a visa, and any agency that does should be treated with caution.
Liability
We are responsible for the services we provide. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, supplier failure, weather, or events outside our control, though we will always help you deal with them.
